¿Quién es el Pez Humano?

Desde hace casi un año y medio, The Pez Humano Experience es el alter ego a través del cual cuento mis experiencias en Eslovenia. En Julio de 2011 me mudé a Ljubljana por "amor" y lo escribo así entre comillas porque aunque Darko, mi pareja, es esloveno, él estaba muy a gusto viviendo en Barcelona hasta que a mi me dio por venir aquí. El "amor" que me movió hasta esta capital de nombre impronunciable tiene más que ver con las ganas de conocer, aprender, (re)vivir y seguir los propios instintos que con el estricto sentimiento romántico. 

¿Por qué Pez Humano? Pues porque el človeška ribica (pez humano en esloveno) es un bicho raro que vive en unas cuevas de por aquí y con el que me siento identificada. Para los eslovenos yo también soy un poco bicho raro, no entienden por qué alguien preferiría vivir en este "pueblo disfrazado de capital" en vez de en Barcelona, mi ciudad natal. A mi ya me va bien que me vean así, yo sigo escabulléndome entre ellos, escribiendo sobre lo que me apetece sin ningún tipo de censura ni restricción.
Además de muchas historias entretenidas, el blog cuenta con bastante información para aquellos que quieren visitar el país o planean mudarse aquí. Pez Humano también tiene un Facebook y un Twitter, es un bicho muy sociable y hospitalario, así que espera que os deis una vuelta por su cueva.

Pez Humano... who? 

For nearly a year and a half, The Pez Humano Experience is the alter ego whereby I share my experiences in Slovenia. In July 2011 I moved to Ljubljana for "love" and I write it in quotes because although Darko, my partner, is Slovenian, he was very happily living in Barcelona until I wanted to come here. The "love" that brought me to this unpronounceable capital has more to do with the need to know, to learn,  to (re)live and to follow the instincts than with any romantic feeling.
Why Pez Humano? Because the človeška ribica (human fish in Slovenian) is a "weirdo" little animal who lives in some caves around here and with which I feel identified. For the Slovenians I am also a little "weirdo", they don't understand why anyone would prefer to live in this "village dressed up as an European capital" rather than in Barcelona, my hometown. For me it's fine, I'll continue slipping away into the crowd, writing about what I want without any censorship or restriction.
Besides many entertaining stories, the blog has enough information for those who want to visit the country or planning to move here. Pez Humano also has a Facebook and a Twitter, he is a very social creature and also welcoming, so he expect you to come around and visit his cave.
